interesting article. the debate is about the much misunderstood, reviled, loathed, debated, litigated topic in recent times - copyright. @RGBstock we find ourselves in the same mix, I thought it would be relevant to post this one here. affects us directly & indirectly both as contributors and end users in general.

nice lighting tutorial
Yuri has shown an interest in posting on our site I am told.
Micro stock is a boon for from freelancers to small design houses to even mainstream magazines. I buy stock images for a lot of my assignment from various sources. I also use images from free sites like ours here. there are some subjects these days that are pretty much covered extensively - so sales for those images might be low. well, he knows it best - he could decide to donate a few of those low selling images - that'd be mighty generous of him!

another outsider perspective of Yuri's firm
Cris, that was a bit of a misunderstanding, it turns out Yuri would only do so if we started a for-pay site.
As far as I know.
hmm, ok, after reading about his firm, they do invest a lot on models, equipment and the studio. I guess its only fair for him to look at ROI. what i like abt him is that he's quite transparent about the process and the tips he gives is great, I have not seen too many people with such enthusiasm to share his experience, especially in the Micro stock arena!
